Andrew K. Cuddy, Esq., originally from Auburn, New York, is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, '87. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy. Andy attended Holy Cross on a Navy R.O.T.C. scholarship. Upon graduation he was commissioned into the United States Marine Corps. He attained the rank of Captain and is a combat veteran of the Gulf War and Somalia. He graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law, '96, and was admitted to practice that same year. He practiced criminal defense law for a number of years, until a criminal case with overlapping special education issues pulled him into the special education arena. His practice is now almost entirely devoted to special education law. The firm only represents parents and guardians in their attempts to obtain appropriate services for their children.

Diane Zambotti resides in Niagara Falls with her two boys. She attended Niagara County Community College where she completed internships in Special Education and Respite Care before earning an Associate Degree in Rehabilitation Services for the Developmentally Disabled. Diane was employed by the United Cerebral Palsy Association for five years as a Residential Aide. Once her sons were born, both with special needs, she worked to ensure that they receive appropriate special education programming. Diane has volunteered as a parent member of the committees on special education in her home district. In 1998 she became a lay advocate to assist parents in obtaining the special education services to which their children are entitled. Di began working with the firm in 2002 as a legal assistant.
